How do you keep tulips fresh? Tulips are big drinkers. Check the water level often and add water daily. For longest vase life, change the water every few days. Remember: cool water keeps flowers fresh longer. Recut 1 inch from the flower stems every 4-5 days to maintain water uptake.

The return of UA Stage was a night filled with great community, great food, great music, and an amazing performance by the talented students of the UAHS Vocal Music Program!

Thank you for the beautiful sympathy flower arrangement you delivered today for dear friends. It was absolutely beautiful and I appreciated the call to confirm the details.
Erin and Sam are just the sweetest people in the world. Like other couples dealing with a Covid wedding, they were facing some obstacles. From having to change their venue, to a day that was forecasted to be full of rain. The thing about people who are truly in love, is these small details never matter to them. I showed up and they were just full of excitement and smiles. They clearly couldn’t wait to just be able to marry each other.

The celebration was amazing! I loved watching Erin and Sam dance together. I only wish I could hear them sing together. The two knew each other in highschool, but didn’t date until college when Erin was invited to sing in Sam’s band. They clearly are a perfect (melodious) fit. Sam’s Grandpa even held my hand and serenaded me in Italian throughout the evening. You can just see the JOY in everyone in these photos. I know they will spend the rest of their life that happy together.

SOOO disappointed!!! My sister who lives in Cleveland contacted a FTD service to arrange for flowers to reach me for Christmas. She originally slated delivery for 12/19. She was contacted over and over by FTD stating they could not get the flowers delivered. She was under the impression from them that they would be delivered 29th. I accepted delivery of flowers on 29th. Phoned my sister to thank her and while I was talking to her (approximately 30 mins later), the florist came BACK for the flowers and demanded them back stating the order had been cancelled. She called DeSantis florist to complain about said treatment and was met with irritation from the owner who wouldn’t even hear her out while explaining the FTD part. They wouldn’t not even apologize for such a screw up! She will NEVER use DeSantis Florist again NOR will I. What a absolute horrid thing to do to someone- delivering them flowers only to have them demanded back! Bad PR! On their florist tag it states “We have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. We value you as a customer.” Really? Was my flowers delivered promptly? Did I feel valued today? Was ANYTHING done to make amends?? NO.

Yesterday you delivered a Thomas Kincaid arrangement to my sister in law. It was pathetic. I have been buying them this arrangement for years always beautiful until now. I will also let FTD know of the poor quality. Shame on you.
