My daughter graduated this year. One of the most important parties to plan laid in my hands. To celebrate my baby girl perfectly, we decided on brunch. My mini Pancake cart "Joy Cakes" made its debut, and was a hit. For myself, I dont like waiting in line, so I decided to set up stations and it worked perfectly with well over 150 people, I never saw a line or people waiting.
We had a breakfast table. Different egg quiches, bacon, french toast casserole and sausage gravy and biscuits. We had a table with fruit and donuts. A table with lunch Pinwheels, chicken salad on croissants, pasta salad and chips, and a delcious dessert table. And of course Joycakes!We also had a lemonade bar with themed drinks complete with a barista and a coffee bar with the same. I rented a photo booth with Kruu. And Hired and amazing Caricature artist that was a hit. Not everyone got drawn but it was understandable with the amount of people, and everyone enjoyed watching him work. Also had a photographer so I didnt have to worry about capturing the day, I could enjoy the moment. Everything went so smooth, and I wanted to make sure I captured Emma as well as her details she wanted for her day! I couldn't have done it without all my amazing help as well!
I can't believe that day has come and now over a month past.
