A night worth remembering — and plenty of photos to prove it. 🥂✨

Tonight, our Diamond Photo Booth made its way to The Millbottom in Jefferson City to celebrate Johnny + Mikayla - and their guests understood the assignment. 📸💎

The booth stayed busy throughout the evening, capturing everything from polished portraits and couples’ photos to the hilarious group shots that inevitably get better as the night goes on.

Blue Diamond Events Weddings is growing, and we’re looking for talented Photo/Video Booth Photographers to join our event team!

We’re looking for people who can do more than simply operate equipment or take a great photo. We need reliable, energetic professionals who understand hospitality, read a room, connect with guests, stay calm when events get hectic, and genuinely care about creating an incredible client experience.

🎥 PHOTO + VIDEO BOOTH OPERATORS

You might be a great fit if you’re:
✨ Outgoing, personable + comfortable interacting with crowds
✨ Tech-comfortable and able to learn our booth systems
✨ Self-directed and dependable
✨ Able to multitask in a fast-paced event environment
✨ The kind of person who can get guests excited without making the experience feel forced

For both roles, you’ll need reliable transportation, availability for weekends + select holidays, the ability to lift/move event equipment, and to live within approximately 45 minutes of Columbia, Missouri.

When this incredible couple entrusted us with their wedding just 90 days before “I do,” we immediately got to work—bringing together our trusted creative partners, refining every detail, solving problems before they ever reached the couple, and designing an experience that felt effortless from beginning to end.

One of the things we love most about working alongside incredible wedding professionals is getting to share their expertise with our couples. 🤍

Jennifer and Konrad’s wedding at The Country Club of Missouri was a perfect reflection of who they are: vibrant, fun, stylish, and completely unapologetic about embracing color, personality, and a little disco-inspired magic.

Our favorite part of their celebration was watching Jennifer’s colorful retro disco inspired moodboard come together piece by piece. From the bold linens and colorful bud vases to the playful disco ball accents, every detail worked together to create a guest experience that felt both elevated and perfectly them.

And! This wedding was especially meaningful for our team because this wasn’t our first celebration with this family.
Being trusted once is an honor.
Being invited back to help another family member’s wedding is one of the greatest compliments we can receive. 🥰

Spring pastels, garden paths, and a celebration that felt effortlessly them. ✨

Flo + Ty’s wedding at was the kind of day that reminds us why we do what we do. It was intimate, intentional, and full of personality at every turn. From a record player guest book to personalized garden games, their favorite local pizza + salad under the tented blue sky, and an ice cream bar with their signature flavors… every detail was thoughtfully curated and seamlessly brought to life.

Our role? Making sure it all flowed without a second thought. From early morning setup to sunset transitions and a smooth, joy-filled evening, we handled the logistics so Flo + Ty could be fully present with their people 🤍

Because the best weddings don’t feel scheduled… they feel natural.
