With tears, last friday we left a pop up that may have been our last together… where it all began.
Becoming // Poetry isn’t going anywhere, but .galloway_ is. Next month, her and her family will set off on a year abroad. And as she prepares to start that new beginning, we are thinking back so nostalgically to the beginning of Becoming // Poetry together.
Sometimes journeys take us further than we expect them to, and in the way that our soul most needs. To say the least, Becoming // Poetry has been so much more than we could have ever dreamt up. When we started, we were just two young poets desiring community, so we created it. Thank you, Colorado Springs for venturing with us these past 5.5 years 💌
We wanted to share about this transition with those of you who have walked alongside us thus far. Many of our followers will remember our early days, writing outside b3, workshops, writing retreats in Buena Vista. SO much to commemorate and ~
so much yet to come. ✨
