Good Afternoon! Here are some updates.

We will be at Ingleside Vineyards & Winery this Saturday for the Ingleside 'After Hours' event featuring the Tyler Nichols Band from 6PM to 9PM. We will be serving our menu from the Kitchen. This is a ticketed event. For more information and reservation info, please click on this link:

'Dinner for One' delivery resumes on Wednesday, June 17th. We will be sending an email with our menu and prices to all of our subscribers tomorrow. It's not too late to subscribe to Denson's. Just go to our website, www.densonsgrocery.com Scroll down near the bottom of the page and complete these steps. Enter your Name, Email Address then click the box 'Yes, Subscribe Me', then click Subscribe. We are returning to our Wednesday Delivery and are pretty excited about that. We are proud that we have made an investment in our community. with a focus on providing a fresh made, quality menu option at reasonable prices. We are business licensed, we are properly insured, our kitchen is Virginia Dept. of Health and VDACS certified, we practice safe food handling, we collect and pay Local and State Taxs with each order (Included in your price, and broken down on each receipt that we attach to your order at delivery).

Friday, July 2nd. We will be making Home Deliveries of our Crab Cakes, Crab Quiche, Crab Dip, Chesapeake Deviled Eggs, and more. All items will be a Fresh Product and not frozen. More info will be provided via subscriber email.

A huge Thank you to all that came out to Ingleside Vineyards & Winery and enjoyed lunch. Wow....We sold out! Saw saw many of our past and new friends enjoying Ingleside Wines, delicious food, and a special time together. We will return June 13th!
I need to give a shoutout to a couple of folks that are always there. Angel, for almost 9 years. She shows up early and remains until the job is done. Angel has an incredible work ethic and is a huge part of Denson's Success. We are also fortunate to have several other co-workers that a on call, and can be depended on as well.
My wife Blaire....She works Full time Monday through Friday and many weekend evenings doing what she loves, (Supporting and Advocating for School age children). During the weekend days, when Blaire has time off, and Denson's is busy and on the road, she has the option of sleeping in, enjoy time in the pool, read a book (Which she loves), or join me (Side by Side) for events and caterings. You know the answer! The restaurant and foodservice business is demanding, so proud and blessed to have a partner that sacrifices her only time off to help keep our operation going!!!! She is always there...Open to Close. period. Cheers to those Mom and Pop businesses that share the same work ethic and partnership. That's why you are successful, and there are many.

Lunch Service! It's been a while since we have done this! We get to do it today at Ingleside Vineyards & Winery. We created a delicious menu consisting of a few 'Restaurant Days' options. But one of our new items is just perfect to be enjoyed in the Courtyard with a glass of Ingleside's Dry Rosé. House Smoked Northern Snakehead that Rocky made into a delicious Fish spread. We pickled some red onions, and portioned some spicy mustard and capers . Fish spread, red onion, a dollup of spicy mustard, a few capers on a crispy saltine. And.......a sip of Rosé. DELISH!
There is something very special about Alfresco dining with great wine and delicious, freshly prepared food!

Looking forward to serving Lunch at Ingleside Vineyards & Winery tomorrow, from Noon to 4PM. It's not a featured event, No Band, No DJ......Just serving a nice, casual, fresh made, plated lunch to be enjoyed in the quiet, picturesque Courtyard at Ingleside. You know, one of those lunches where you split a bottle of Ingleside's Award Winning Wines and enjoy some pretty darn good food and conversation. Here is our menu.

For Saturday's Lunch at Ingleside Vineyards & Winery, we have crafted a delicious menu. We will be there several times through the Summer, and we plan to change things up during each visit. We have always believed the menus should change on a regular basis. One of the delicious menu items that you will be enjoying is our Smoked Snakehead Spread. Rocky hardwood smokes the fillets, when done, he allows the fillets to cool, then he goes through the flakes to eliminate any missed bones! An array of seasonings and attention to detail, he creates a delicious Fish Spread. Served with Pickled Red Onion, Spicy Brown Mustard, Capers, and Saltines. ( There are a ton of Cracker varieties out there, but it is hard to beat a simple saltine). Enjoy with a glass of Ingleside Dry Rosé!
