If you would like a delicious Smoked Prime Rib or a few pounds of Pulled Pork for your holiday gathering contact us to discuss the details. I'm charging the actual cost of the prime rib plus $75 dollars to smoke and deliver it to you. The Pulled Pork is $10 a pound. We also offer a variety of smoked cheeses for your Christmas and New Year's charcuterie platters. Let us know if we can make your holiday dinner extra special.
