We're sending out a heartfelt thank you to Amy Anderson and the Selkirkconservation Alliance for having us out yesterday for an incredible event at Priest Lake! It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed providing traditional and vegetarian paella, along with an artisan bread spread with a variety of whipped herb butters, and Greek and Caesar salads for all the wonderful guests.

Here's what Amy had to say: "You guys rocked it yesterday! Thank you so much! We had tons of positive feedback with folks saying that it was a one of a kind catering event!!!! 5 stars you beautiful people!!!!!"

UPDATE: Little Pan Pierogi is still stockpiling pierogi for the upcoming Taste of CDA next weekend so we will not be serving them at tomorrow's Kootenai County Farmers’ Market. But we will have our delicious paella, wraps and burritos as usual! See you at 9am in Hayden!
