As a small business owner, I’m always working on learning and improving and bettering my skills for me that today that meant working with my team and teaching and training them to perfect the design aspects that come up during set up. Today I had about half my team in the studio learning how to do design things that may come up during set ups. (we’ve got a second training coming up for the other half of the girls). In addition to learning how to put greenery on tables, sprays on the arbor and make boutonnieres and corsages, we got to decorate a three tiered cake from @so_suzyq ! The gals are all trained on how to make your wedding cake just as beautiful! We took the opportunity of having a beautifully decorated cake and turned it into a dessert theme styled shoot can’t wait to see the professional images from @pop.of.pure.photography! @makenna.birch you looked stunning in your modest dress that met LSD standards from @cloudninecda and your make up by Elizabeth herself at @ecwbeautyofficial! Loved working with you gals at @montlamm today!

North Idaho and Spokane @wed.ni members took on Las Vegas earlier this week and were represented at the @theweddingmba conference for wedding professionals! We are using the off season to learn and grow and better perfect our craft! Continuing education in any field is so important the wedding industry is no exception. This past week we joined many others at the Wedding MBA in Las Vegas.
