Slow cooked chicken breast on a salad of roasted beet and honey-lavender chevre over field greens and pea shoots in balsamic vinaigrette, shaved fennel, green apple, and cucumber, topped with sprouts, toasted pine nuts, and fermented radish.

Tonight Brian got to choose the entree (ALWAYS pizza), so I added protein & fiber to the meal with a side salad a beet borani, some arugala, a chopped veg & garbanzo salad marinated in a green scallion vinaigrette, topped with blue cheese crumbles

It's a nice cool day perfect for baking off macaron shells! Had to lump my meal into brunch today, so I settled on a Tartine of homemade sourdough, pesto, beretta, fresh tomatoes tossed in a scallion vinaigrette alongside some chili crisp eggs. Not going to finish it, but that's what teenagers are for!

I'm a better cook than photographer, but I was SO HAPPY to finally have time to create my own food today! It has been over a week of snacks, eating out, or just missing meals.
I made beans yesterday, completely uninspired, and today my heart just had a plan! So citrus shallot navy beans topped with keilbasa, spinach, and tomato, sprinkle of the cab-sav bellavitano and a drizzle of garlic chili crunch oil.
Sigh. That feels better.

Final commissioned order for a crazy week: sugar-free grain-free chocolate cake with chocolate mousse. And, completed amongst the chaos of a new bakery set-up!
Friday and Saturday I will have treats for sale at my mom's estate sale here in Cody.

A sweet treat for the folks at the hospital. My mom broke her leg & they have been extra helpful in her stay!
Mom's condition progressed to the worst and she passed on Tuesday. Therefore, I will not be at the Thursday farmer's market in Cody this week, and have limited stock for pickup or delivery.

I am ready to take orders for pickup next week
