I just wanted to check in and refresh!
Services:
-grab & go garlands (balloon garlands that you pickup and assemble your self I can premake them)
-balloon arch setups.
-arch/backdrop set ups and rentals.
-easel setups and rentals.
-full event setups.
My cancellation policy:
In order to book and secure your event date 50% of the quoted amount is due (the deposit), then 7 days before the event the remaining balance is due. The deposit is non-refundable.
If you book 7 days or less before your event, totally okay but the full amount will be due instead of splitting up the payments.
In the case of bad weather or any reasoning for cancellation needs to happen 7 days or more before the event. I understand the weather isn't always on our side...Texas lol. Due to the planning and the cost of supplies I do require a 7 day or more notice. If the event is canceled 7 days or more in advance only the 50% deposit is forfeited.

1. Scope of Services
☐ Balloon décor (arches, garlands, centerpieces, backdrops)
☐ Event planning / coordination
☐ Delivery, set-up, and breakdown

2. Payment Terms
- Total Fee: $________
- Retainer (non-refundable): $________ (required to secure booking)
- Remaining Balance Due: ___ days before event
- Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Retainers are non-refundable.
- If Client cancels ___ or more days before event, only the retainer is forfeited.
- If Client cancels within ___ days, Client remains responsible for full payment.
- If Planner must cancel, all monies paid will be refunded.
4. Changes to Event
- Changes (date, time, location, design) must be submitted in writing.
- Availability is not guaranteed if changes are made less than ___ days before event.
- Additional fees may apply for last-minute adjustments.
5. Delivery, Set-Up & Breakdown
- Client must ensure venue access for set-up and breakdown.
- Planner is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions.
- Once set-up is complete, Planner is not liable for popped balloons, weather damage, or guest interference.
6. Liability
- Balloons can pose choking hazards. Client assumes all responsibility for supervising children.
- Planner is not responsible for damages or injuries caused by décor once delivered.
- Client releases Planner from liability after services are completed.
7. Force Majeure
Planner is not liable for cancellations or non-performance due to circumstances beyond control (extreme weather, venue closure, illness, government restrictions, etc.).
8. Agreement
Both parties agree to the terms of this Agreement. "
