Clovis Haunted Trail Taking a Year Off in 2026
CLOVIS, CA – After five successful years of thrills, community involvement, and Halloween fun, the creators of the Clovis Haunted Trail have announced that the event will not be held in 2026.
Since its inception, the Clovis Haunted Trail has become a popular Halloween tradition, attracting thousands of visitors while providing opportunities for local students, volunteers, businesses, and community members to come together in creating a one-of-a-kind experience.
"After five years of building, creating, and growing the event, we've decided to take a year off," said creator Falina Marihart. "We're incredibly grateful for the support we've received from our sponsors, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who attended over the years. The success of the Clovis Haunted Trail would not have been possible without them."
The decision is not related to a relocation of the event. The Clovis Haunted Trail will simply take a pause this year, with no alternate location planned.
Marihart expressed appreciation for the many businesses, organizations, students, and community members who helped bring the event to life each season. From constructing elaborate scare zones and sets to acting, costume design, lighting, and operations, countless individuals contributed their time, talent, and creativity to make the attraction a success.
"We're proud of what the Clovis Haunted Trail became and the memories it created for so many families," Marihart said. "While we're stepping back this year, we're thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey."
