Clovis Haunted Trail – 5 Years of Fright!
Halloween Walking Experience Inspired by Local Art Non-Profit
The Clovis Haunted Trail returns for its fifth year, bringing chills and thrills to Halloween lovers from October 24th to 26th. This outdoor, 2,000-foot walking experience features nine expanded scare zones, a haunted maze, photo ops, and plenty of fun—all set along the Fresno/Clovis Trail behind Parkway Trails Shopping Center (Northeast corner of Willow and Nees, Clovis, CA).

Local Clovis Area High School Drama Students Take Center Stage
The heart of the Clovis Haunted Trail is its student volunteers, especially those from Buchanan High School’s drama program. These talented students help act as scare actors all three nights. Their hands-on involvement brings the haunted trail to life and gives them valuable real-world experience in the performing arts. Students earn service hours for college and scholarships, making this a win-win for everyone.
Seven Days of Set Up: A Community Effort
Transforming the trail into a haunted wonderland takes a full week of dedicated work. Over seven days, volunteers—students, parents, and community members—build elaborate sets, install lighting, and prepare scare zones. This behind-the-scenes effort showcases teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the arts.

The Clovis Haunted Trail is made possible by generous sponsors who donate money, services, and supplies. Mono Wind Casino in Auberry returns as presenting sponsor, covering at least 30% of production costs. Local businesses including the City of Clovis, Kids Kare Schools, Parkway Trails Shopping Center, VisitFresnoCounty.com, Caglia Environmental, Valley Fence, Central Valley Iron, PC Solutions, 13 Prime Steak, and Yolked Kitchen provide essential support. Their contributions ensure the event’s success and help keep ticket prices affordable for families.
Supporting Arts Enrichment for All
The event benefits Arts Enrichment for All, a non-profit dedicated to bringing visual and performing arts opportunities to Central Valley youth. Kids Hour:
Saturday & Sunday, 5pm–6pm—no jump scares for younger children, with friendly actors handing out candy. Parents can return after dark with the same adult ticket.
