We help you develop a theme or vision for the entire wedding celebration. We weave your design elements through all aspects of the wedding and reception. Or we can simply orchestrate your wedding and reception on the day of you celebration. We keep the day flowing according to your plan, allowing you and your family a worry-free time to enjoy your wedding. Our Coordination Services includes:

e wedding ceremony and reception site selection
• Ground transportation planning for the wedding party, family and friends
• Arranging overnight accommodations for your guests
• Contracting vendor services: catering, photographer, florist, wedding cake, site decoration and entertainment
• Creating the ceremony & reception itinerary
• Day of wedding - wedding day facilitation / on-site troubleshooting
• Assist in creating and managing the wedding budget
• Providing advice on etiquette
• Setting time lines and "To Do Lists" for the wedding party
• Any other needs specific to your wedding day
