Empowered volunteers are essential to powerful events – and the American Heart Association - Ohio 2025 Heart of Cleveland Heart & Stroke Ball proved just that. ♥️

With hundreds of attendees, detailed logistics, and a packed program, the event required a dedicated and confident volunteer team to keep things moving behind the scenes. This is where Palmer Event Solutions' Volunteer Training & Support Solution came in.

Expect the unexpected at BorderLight Theatre Festival – this festival breaks the mold. 🎭

With Palmer Event Solutions, coordinating a festival of this magnitude is like conducting a symphony: each artist, venue, and timeline must work in harmony. In 2024, the festival:
- brought together 340 artists from 7 states and 5 countries
- drew 6,175 attendees to Playhouse Square, Cleveland State University and the entire Theatre District footprint
- and significantly boosted local business foot traffic. In fact, 91.5% of attendees came downtown specifically for BorderLight!

Since 2023, Palmer Event Solutions has been proud to plan the Pride in the CLE march and festival with the team at LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland. Working closely with The Center team, we’ve provided logistical expertise that has made Pride in the CLE not just a city-wide event, but an AWARD WINNING one! 🏆
