Registration is officially open for Empowering the Culture!

This July, we’re bringing together gaming, storytelling, music, creativity, mentorship, competition, and community for a six-week Games Culture Experience in Cleveland.

But this is bigger than just a tournament.
Bigger than just a panel.
Bigger than just an event.

Empowering the Culture is about the human side of games culture.

The memories.
The music.
The friendships.
The creativity.
The stories.
The communities built through play.

Across four Wednesdays in July at Atlas Cinemas in Shaker Square, and followed by virtual community sessions in August, we’ll be creating space for people to gather, connect, reflect, learn, and share experiences together.

Whether you’re a lifelong gamer, a creator, an artist, a streamer, a student, a parent, or simply somebody who understands how games can bring people together — we’d love for you to be part of this.

Registration is FREE and officially open.

INFINITEQUE is proud to introduce: Empowering the Culture

This summer, INFINITEQUE is launching its most ambitious public initiative to date.

From July 8 through August 12, Empowering the Culture is a six-week games culture series in Cleveland, Ohio that's designed to bring community together, with storytelling and technology in one shared space.

Hosted at Atlas Cinemas Shaker at Shaker Square, the series explores how games shape identity, relationships, and opportunity through a dynamic blend of:

• TEQUE KNOW LOGIC Live — conversations on culture, identity, and lived experience
• GamerGen: Where Stories Emerge — storytelling rooted in personal gaming journeys
• NEXUS Gaming League — competitive gaming and tournaments
• GamerHaven Commons — social play and connection across generations

Each week is designed as a full games culture experience—an environment for learning, reflection, conversation, and play.

This is not just about games.

It’s about people.

It’s about the Shaker-Buckeye neighborhood and the communities that have long shaped Cleveland’s cultural identity, and recognizing the role games have played in bringing people together across generations.

From arcades and living rooms to livestreams and esports, these experiences have always been part of how we learn, connect, and express who we are.

Now, we’re creating space to recognize that intentionally, and build from it.

So, I finally got the chance to visit .arcade in Markham, and met my brother from another mother, Tony! 🙌🏽

This arcade was AMAZING and the folks here in the Toronto-area are so lucky to have spots like this!

I've been on the search for games culture since the relocation, and I've got so much more to share. But this has been the most awesome place yet, and I know I'll be spending a lot of time here.

During , I had the honor of being featured on the official Player Spotlight — a 30-minute segment highlighting one of the participating streamers during the 24-hour global charity marathon supporting the Sudan Solidarity Collective.

The plan was simple: play through Mega Man X2 while talking about games culture, community, and the work we’re building through INFINITEQUE.

What actually happened?

Crystal Snail absolutely humbled me for the entire segment 😂

Eight hours into a 12-hour stream, multitasking a boss fight and an interview turned into its own challenge. But right at the end, we locked in and got the win.

It was fun, human, imperfect, and very real — which honestly feels aligned with what games culture is really about.

Huge gratitude to the Play for Sudan organizers and everyone who showed up in solidarity. This effort brought together 30+ streamers from around the world to raise awareness and funds for grassroots relief efforts responding to the humanitarian crisis in Sudan.

Here’s the clip from the end of the Spotlight.

Turning Games Culture into a Lesson on Leadership, Creativity, and Opportunity!

This past weekend, INFINITEQUE had the honor of leading a special hybrid session for 100 Black Men Greater Cleveland, Inc.'s Saturday Academy at Cuyahoga Community College Eastern Campus, a program dedicated to helping young men become Responsible, Respectable, and Ready to Lead.

The session, “Intro to Games Culture, Live Streaming, and Esports,” brought together more than twenty students for an interactive morning exploring how games culture communities, creativity, technology, careers, and entrepreneurship intersect.

Participants learned about the foundations of livestreaming technologies, from cameras, lighting, software, and microphones to sound production, and discussed how these technical skills translate into transferable career opportunities across creative and professional industries. The group also explored how livestreaming can evolve into a business, touching on marketing, audience engagement, and the importance of digital etiquette and professionalism in online spaces.

The INFINITEQUE team hosted the event in a hybrid format, with Founder Tristan Wheeler leading virtually through Twitch.tv/INFINITEQUE, while on-site team members Ishmell Oneal and Terrence Myhand facilitated in Cleveland. Together, they created a truly unique live, cross-city experience blending education, storytelling, and competitive play as each participant faced Tristan live on stream in Street Fighter 6 — transforming gameplay into a hands-on lesson about focus, communication, and community.

We extend our sincere thanks to Grady Burrows, Director of Programs for 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland, for the opportunity, trust, and support. And a special thank you to the INFINITEQUE team for your professionalism, flexibility, and heart throughout the experience.

Moments like this reflect why INFINITEQUE exists:

To empower communities through games culture, creative technology, and meaningful connection, wherever we are in the world.

✨ Been working hard behind the scenes for you all… ✨

But I’m so excited to finally announce that I’ll be at the All-American Pet Expo at the IX Center from October 31st – November 2nd!

You’ll get to see Pet Hero Academy live in action and I honestly couldn’t be more excited (and a little nervous too 🫣). The excitement is real, and I’m ready to see all the pets and kids come together to bring this vision to life. 💛
