Go Big or Go BBQ came from a passion for cooking and creating experiences with my family. I can remember my first pork shoulder being cooked on a charcoal grill for Christmas one year, it didn't turn out perfect but my family loved it none the less. Our first competition was in 2014, and although we came in last place, the memories and support we had was enough to push us to keep on going. We took

first place the next year in the Pork category! Fast forward to 2019 and we have competed and won and grown from a hobby into a small business that is still supported by our family! Check out our awards below and as always !

Over 1600 sliders, 100+ cooked to order steaks, 70lb of smoked chips, 4k + samples of brisket, sausages and bologna all seasoned with products this past week with Joe Thomas Hall of Fame Farms at the Pro Football Hall of Fame 🔥

What started as a simple "can you smoke a few briskets for us" turned into something much bigger, and I can't wait to see whats next!

These 3 are the reason I know I can go big! I would not be where I am today without my team of Buckeye Flavor (and logan) , Engine 2 BBQ and Feathered Fire BBQ !

Grateful for their friendship is an understatement and were just getting started! Full Hall of Fame Farms recap later but man what a badass couple of days that I couldn't have pulled off without them!
