Nourish & Nosh is a scratch-made organic bakery & bistro dedicated to serving wholesome, high-quality food made with real ingredients. If you enjoy healthy living, organic food, specialty coffee, and being part of a positive, welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Experienced Barista / Cashier

🕖 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
7:00 AM – 2:30/3:00 PM

Your primary responsibilities will include:
☕ Preparing high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages
🥐 Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest
💳 Operating the register and handling customer transactions accurately
🧹 Keeping the coffee bar, front counter, and dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked

A plus: If you’re willing to occasionally assist our kitchen team with simple food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods.

We’re looking for someone who:
🌱 Has previous barista experience and is comfortable operating an espresso machine independently
🌱 Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
🌱 Has a friendly, positive attitude and enjoys working with people
🌱 Thrives in a fast-paced environment
🌱 Appreciates organic food, healthy living, and quality ingredients
🌱 Is a team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed

Please note: We are looking for someone with prior barista experience. While we’re happy to train you on our menu and procedures, applicants should already be confident in the fundamentals of preparing espresso-based beverages.

We’re looking for a part-time team member for the following schedule:

🕢 Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
🥗 Wednesday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Depending on your strengths, you’ll either:
• Assist our lead kitchen team member with food preparation, kitchen organization, and keeping things running smoothly, or
• Welcome customers, operate the register, and provide friendly service while supporting the front of the café.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🌱 Reliable and punctual
🌱 Friendly and enjoys working with people
🌱 A quick learner with a positive attitude
🌱 Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
🌱 Interested in organic food, healthy living, and quality ingredients

Previous café or food service experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
