Asylum Photography & Creations would like to wish everyone a very Happy and Prosperous New Year. We appreciate all your business and support from the beginning. We have updated some business practices. We are unable to start any designs before invoices are paid in full there are no exceptions. This allows us to ensure your orders are completed in the order received and stops us from having personalized items we can not resell on hand. Expedited orders will occur an up charge. For bulk orders please contact us directly. All local deliveries will also have a fee and must be discussed when placing an order. Shipping is available and cost will be determined by shipping locations. Photography sessions requiring the booking of a studio must have 50% non refundable fee paid to schedule your time and date. Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to session date. Sessions can be rescheduled 1 time with the same deposit. On location or outdoor sessions require $50 non refundable deposit to book date and time and remaining balance must be paid 1 week prior to session. A one time cancellation with same deposit is available any and all cancellations due to weather will not count as 1 time cancellation. Weddings and special occasion sessions require a (free) consultation and deposit is based on services. Non refundable deposit will be due at booking and remaining balance is to be paid in full 21 days before event. We do have business email please feel free to contact us through email with all inquiries and questions. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for replies and check your spam folders for replies also. If for some reason a reply is not received in 48 hours please resend marking urgent. As always thank you for your continued support and business.
