Here’s a big gluten free prep just in time for back to school! Chicken ceasar pasta salad, burrito and rice bowls, smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots, pizza cups with fruit salad, curried chicken salad, protein pancake bars and overnight oats. Good luck to kids and parents alike this week!!

Heres a big prep for a busy family, some for now and some to freeze for when life gets crazy. Chicken ceasar pasta salad, chicken teriyaki tacos with creamy sesame cucmbers, spinach broccoli chicken bowls with rice, stuffed pepper bowls, angel chicken, and creamy chicken and peas with pasta. Here’s a biweekly prep full of tasty meals to help keep this client in a calorie deficit for weight loss and still get the right amount of fiber and protein. Protein pancake bowls with eggs and turkey sausage, overnight PB2 chia and oats, spicy pork patties with cheesy zucchini quinoa, chicken tenders with roasted broccoli and chickpeas, and lunchables with apple broccoli salad. Here’s another prep for grandparents hosting their grandkids for the week, this one is so tasty and packed with whole grains and veggies. Whole wheat veggie pasta salad with a creamy dressing, 5 veggie and meat pasta sauce to add to noodles later in the week, southwest quinoa salad with corn and black beans, ham/cheese/mushroom egg bake, whole wheat banana oat muffins, and some beautiful veg prepped for a stir fry. I hope they have a great week!

So I tried a new thing today and it’s a keeper-protein pancake donuts (they’re just pancake mix baked in a donut pan) but so fun, they even have sugar free chocolate chips so they’re extra special! Part of this protein/fiber prep for weight loss. We also have fruit salad with vanilla chia yogurt, and chicken meatball cassoulet.

Check out this family sized gluten free prep, it has something for everyone! Chicken thighs with chickpea feta salad, bbq meatballs and potato salad, chicken taco rice skillet, fruit salad with overnight oats and vanilla chia yogurt, and cheesy chicken wonton cups. For real it’s delish
