We’re excited to continue creating beautiful, handcrafted floral arrangements for all your special moments. To keep things running smoothly and ensure the highest quality for every customer, please take note of our updated policies:
1. Full Payment at Time of Order
All flower orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. This allows us to reserve your blooms and begin designing your arrangement right away.
• Please note: All sales are final. Cancellations will not be refunded.
2. Pickup Policy & Flower Freshness
Orders must be picked up on the scheduled pickup day.
• We pride ourselves in delivering the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Unfortunately, flowers are not forgiving when left waiting—delays can lead to wilting or dead blooms.
• To preserve quality, any unclaimed orders will be put back into inventory or used for another arrangement.
• No refunds will be given for missed pickups.
