A room of hushed tones and high expectations. Nicole and Robin, appearing in their standardized uniforms of obsidian black and indigo denim, are currently engaged in the “Verification of the Desks.” Every scholarly plinth has been assigned a specific numeric identity and a precise coordinate on the polished floor.

The objective: To ensure that every patron’s elbow leans at an angle that is both ergonomically sound and aesthetically pleasing.

While Nicole maintains a disposition of severe, professional focus, Robin is currently experiencing a failure in her composure—struggling, quite visibly, to keep her laughter within the mandated limits. The desks, however, remain unmoved.

At precisely the golden hour, a son exchanged vows with his chosen companion, amidst a backdrop of calculated splendor and engaging energy. It was a diorama of significant emotional weight. The operation was overseen by the Sisters Three - Sara, Sage, and Robin - and their lifelong associate, Nicole, who is, for all legal and logistical purposes, the Fourth Sister in everything but DNA. Together they navigated the logistics with a quiet, synchronized efficiency. No detail was deemed too microscopic; every sentiment was properly filed and executed.
Under their collective stewardship - and the vigilant timekeeping of wedding coordinator Jenn, who monitored the finite schedule with the precision of a Swiss horologist - the atmosphere transitioned from mere “wedding” into a seamless, stress-free production of high-order romance.
The parents of the groom observed that while the memories are permanent, the precision of the day was particularly notable. It was, by all accounts, a beautifully orchestrated success.

At precisely 8:38 AM, the brass keys turned. Robin and her young apprentice began the morning choreography.
The banners were unfurled with rhythmic snapping. The lighting was toggled to a warm, amber glow. The playlist - exclusively upbeat woodwinds - was engaged. A quick glance at the meeting manual answered any un-answer-ables. Finally, thirty-two chairs were nudged into a formation of mathematical symmetry.

The Parkway Real Estate Co. meeting is now officially in session. Every cushiony seat is accounted for.

Last year we had the honor of hosting CEF for their annual gala in The Ballroom. Their attention to detail transformed to The Ballroom into an atmospheric masterpiece.

When the guest list grew larger than anticipated, we jumped into action to help reconfigure the 6000 ft.² ballroom, ensuring that every guest had a front-row seat to the cause. We are so touched by their kind words.

We are thrilled to welcome CEF back to The Westport again soon. We can’t wait to see how they transform the space next!

Throwing it back to this Conservatory baby shower. Yes, those are Christmas trees—and yes, the decor was that good. We are so lucky to work with the most intentional and creative hosts!

With baby and bridal shower season heating up, we’re trading umbrellas for shade structures this spring! It’s all about beating the sun while you celebrate. ☀️
