I have not made anything other than cocktails in so long I thought I’d forgotten how! I use Amish Country rainbow popping corn in an air popper then add:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nutritional Yeast
Turmeric Powder
Black Pepper
Real Salt from Utah

Then I use a same-sized bowl, hold em together tight & shake it all about

(I use a wooden spoon so my hands don’t get stained by the turmeric)

1. Yellow Pea Dip w tomatoes, sunny seeds, and confit garlic; crudités, and w**e at 😋 🍅 🌻

2. Strawberries 🍓 from my backyard garden 👩🏻‍🌾

3. Lambrusco & Liquid Death sparkling water while waiting for delicious pizza 🍕 at in Andersonville (first time having lobo and it was amazing 🤩)

4. Impromptu cheese board for power snacking before dancing at that evening 💃🏻 🪩 (first time at and it was so much fun!)

5. Dirty Gin Martini 🍸 (kalamata brine) w cheesy olive 🫒 in the third tier of on the last night of 🌅 (first time at salt shed: LOVE IT!)

Stray hair begone! This is about the veg! So lucky to have the wonderful Logan Square farmers market near me and a cute little shop/cafe called Logan Vegan with fun snacks like Hippeas! Today was just a dry run (but it was VERY wet and rainy out!) but they will return next month! See y’all at the Sunday markets starting on May 12, Mother’s Day!
