Happy Fall from Kaya Grill & Gyoza!!
Fall is here, and we’re settling into a new season after a super busy summer.
Speaking of this summer, it was a BIG one for Kaya Grill & Gyoza. We tried to bring our A game with each and every chance we took this past season. From festivals and special events to weeks of farmers markets, we took the opportunity to show up as consistently as possible and we showed up authentically.
We learned a lot this season, too. Being a pop-up restaurant means constantly learning how our food, our systems, and a growing team work in different environments. This summer gave us a much better understanding of our capacity, what works well for us, and how we want to grow next.
Most importantly, we got to feed A LOT of people and make some really meaningful connections while doing it. We are grateful and going to use all the feedback to get better and better!
Farmers Market Season is Nearly Over… But Not Quite!
Our outdoor market season is wrapping up later this month, but we’re not going anywhere!
We’ll be popping up indoors at a couple of markets beginning in November. Dates and locations are still being finalized, so keep an eye out—we’ll share all the details as soon as they’re confirmed.
Remaining outdoor markets that we are scheduled to pop up at are:
61st St Farmers Market - 6100 S Blackstone Ave
Saturdays, October 10, 17, 24, & 31
9am to 2pm
Austin Town Hall Farmers Market - 5610 W Lake St
Thursdays, October 8 & 15
1pm to 6pm

Each week, we’ll send our menu and available pickup locations to the people on our Drop List. You’ll get first dibs on what we’re cooking, when we’re dropping, and where you can pick it up.

Dinner at Home with Kaya
We’re bringing Kaya into the home in a whole new way.
We’re starting an intimate Dinner at Home party series—cozy, intentional dinner experiences hosted right here at our home.
These won’t be your typical pop-up events. Think good food, good people, a little more intimacy, and the opportunity to experience Kaya in a completely different setting.
We’ll be sending invitations to future dinners to folks who express interest, so if you’d like to be considered for an upcoming dinner click below…
