I never heard of Mud Lake in before. Interesting picture of some .

The Kedzie Avenue Bridge over Mud Lake, a swampy area between South California and South Kedzie Avenues, and between West 26th Street and the South Branch of the Chicago River in the South Lawndale neighborhood in 1908. This was all filled in and no trace of it remains today. Mud lake was between Kedzie and California extending about six miles and part of the Chicago portage and continental devide. Today it is notable for the criminal courts and Cook County jail at 26th and California.

American Airlines gate lice technology is intended to help keep passengers from line cutting and early boarding. This will be rolling out to more than 100 before the holidays arrive.
