Meet Dr. Chakika Williams.

Known as Dr. Keke, she is a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic provider, speaker, entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of SkyRose Rejuvenation Clinic & Spa and SkyRose RCS Medical Aesthetics Academy. Her journey began as a CNA and Medical Assistant, and through years of determination she earned her AAS, BSN, MSN, MBA, Post-Master's certifications as a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and ultimately her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. SkyRose has been named Best Medical Spa in the Region for multiple consecutive years, and she has mentored aspiring aesthetic providers across the country while building a brand rooted in wellness, leadership, and empowerment. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and representation in aesthetics, and everything she has built reflects that mission.

Meet Tameka Walton.

Tameka is a social worker, somatic therapist, and nonprofit leader whose life's work sits at the intersection of healing, community, and resilience. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Restored Hope, an organization empowering Black and Brown women and girls through trauma-informed mindfulness and somatic healing practices across Chicago communities. Tameka has served as a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, was appointed by Governor Pritzker to the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission, and founded the Selah Center for Healing in Ghana following a public health mission in 2019. She is also a wife and mother of four, which means she does not just understand caregiving professionally. She lives it.

Tameka will be hosting "The Invisible Load: Caring for Others Without Losing Yourself," a conversation about the emotional labor caregivers carry, the cost of showing up for everyone else, and what it looks like to finally make room for yourself in the equation.
