A few couples have reached out after receiving an email that their gallery is about to expire, so I wanted to explain what that means.

Your online gallery is available for a full year. As that year comes to an end, the email is a reminder to download your images before the gallery link closes. It also gives family members who’ve had access a chance to save the images they need or order any prints they’ve been meaning to purchase.

An expiring gallery does not mean your photographs have been deleted. I retain the files and keep my own backups. I want you to have your own copies of the full collection, saved somewhere you can easily find them years from now.

And if you need more time, I can always switch your gallery back on. There’s never a fee for that. Please reach out if you need help downloading your images or want advice on where to save them. I’m happy to help 💛

Autumn is officially here 🍂🤎

Celebrating the first day of my favorite season with a little throwback to this beautiful engagement session.

October and November are filled with engagement sessions, and eight more beautiful weddings before I officially wrap up my 2026 wedding season. I’m so excited for everything still to come. There’s just something about photographing love in Chicago during the fall. 🍁

Yesterday, AnnaMarie and Paul exchanged their vows at home, surrounded by the people they love most and the beautiful family they’ve built together. It was intimate, incredibly personal, and filled with so much love.

And even when the rain came, it didn’t take a single thing away from the day. We embraced it, kept celebrating, and honestly, it only made the day feel even more special.

AnnaMarie and Paul, thank you for welcoming me into your home, trusting me with your story, and allowing me to document such an important chapter of your lives. This was truly one of the most beautiful and heartfelt home weddings I’ve had the privilege of being part of.

Congratulations again to you both. What a beautiful way to begin this next chapter together. 🤍

Twelve years into this journey, I still sometimes have to remind myself how far I’ve come.
