Hey everyone. Quick update for you all. Leslie is 7 months pregnant and we’re very excited to welcome a new barista to the McGee crew this Spring. But that means we can’t do much with Coliseum. There simply isn’t enough time or energy to work full time jobs and run a side business with a little baby. Where things will go in the future, I can’t say. I do want to say a THANK YOU to everyone that let us set up, hired us, and that came out and supported us. We were always busy and that was awesome. See you around town. - Rob & Leslie

Yesss! Sunday 11/17 we’re popping up at St Nicholas Brewing Company MDH (that’s the Murphysboro Airport location). Coffee, brunch, coffee cocktails, and planes. ☕️ 🍽️ 🍸 ✈️ 11am-2pm

Tomorrow in honor of our Pop Up with Coliseum Coffee, we’re bringing some seriously fun cocktails to the lineup, and we’ve got our favorite Kelsey to thank! 🍒☕🍸

🍒 Cherry Tonic (left) - A refreshing mocktail with cherry juice layered in tonic water, topped with fresh Coliseum Coffee Works espresso.

🍊 Carajillo (middle) - For a unique twist, we’re shaking up fresh espresso with Licor 43, served over ice and garnished with a dehydrated orange slice.

🍹 Rum Espresso Martini (right) - A tropical espresso martini with Bumbu rum, Bumbu cream, our house-made vanilla simple syrup, and fresh espresso, served in a coupe with espresso beans for garnish.
