The Details: The Dior Millefiori Garden Bridal Shower
Step into a realm of luxury and elegance, and immerse yourself in a world of opulence and
sophistication, drawing inspiration from the enchanting Miss Dior Millefiori Garden.
This design
perfectly mirrors the bride’s exquisite beauty and refined elegance. Every lavish detail and
extravagant touch complements her beauty and radiant personality.
Invitations and Transportation: Setting the tone for the theme, handcrafted floral invitations
featuring dried florals were sent to her family and closest friends. A luxury Mercedes Sprinter
transported the bride-to-be and her guests to and from the venue.
Venue and Decor: A swanky chic private rooftop space was transformed into a blooming paradise, with
an array of colorful flowers creating a whimsical garden atmosphere. A custom floral backdrop
with the iconic MISS DIOR insignia provided a stylish contrast. Additionally, a bespoke illustration of the bride-to-be, hand-drawn by an
Australian artist, added a personal touch.
Each guest’s place setting featured black glitter
chargers, textured china from the Oscar De La Renta Collection, flatware with matching sleek
black water goblets, floral napkins echoing the garden theme, handwritten linen menus,
and matching linen place cards, adding a personalized touch to the elegant tablescape.
Floral Arrangements: The floral design was the highlight of the event, with wild blooms and
greenery artfully arranged to create a lush, garden-like setting. From the centerpiece bouquets
to the DIOR-inspired dessert cart, every detail was meticulously crafted to reflect the beauty of
the Millefiori Garden.
Culinary Delights: Guests were treated to a gourmet experience with a menu inspired by the
bride’s favorites. Passed hors d’oeuvres included Buttermilk Fried Chicken in Micro Waffle
Cones with Bourbon-Maple Butter, Connecticut Style Crab Cakes, Mini Burgers with Sharp
Cheddar and Pesto Aioli, Skirt Steak Street Tacos, Truffled Grilled Cheese Bites with Roasted
Tomato Soup, and Lamb Lollipops. Fresh salads, Glazed Salmon, and Braised Short Rib were
also served. The cake, a masterpiece of floral design, stood as a stunning centerpiece,
embodying the essence of the Millefiori Garden.
Curated Cocktails: A margarita bar, champagne, and artisanal cocktails were served, each
drink featuring oversized crafted ice spheres and beautiful embellishments, making them as
visually appealing as they were delicious.
Entertainment and Activities: The bridal shower included a variety of games and prizes to
entertain and delight the guests. A belly dancer entertained guests with sultry and seductive
moves, and guests were provided with belly scarves to join in and learn the dance.
Favors and Keepsakes: As a token of appreciation, guests received beautifully authentic DIOR
gift bags that reflected the garden theme. Eye masks, DIOR perfume, mini wine bottles, and
miniature bouquets were just a few of the thoughtful gifts guests could take home. A flower bar was also available, where guests could create and wrap their own bouquets with a variety of
beautiful flowers.
