Events Done Well LLC was born in 2019 out of a passion for helping other people during a crisis pandemic. Through strategic partnerships formed over the years, we have learned to be flexible and accommodating to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Divinely HER 2026, a part of the International Faith Conference (IFC), was such an honor for Events Done Well Chicago to serve at Living Word Christian Center.

This project was especially personal because I built the statement structure by hand—but what you see in these pictures was never a one-woman assignment.

Behind the scenes were some incredible women — Lanessa, Michelle, Precious, and Daijah — helping me build, prep, carry, arrange, adjust, and push through the long hours it took to bring this vision to life. There were details no one in the room would ever see them handle, but their hands are absolutely represented in the finished product.

And that’ll preach all by itself: God may give one person the vision, but He’ll send the right people to help carry it. 🙌🏾

WE’RE GROWING OUR EVENT TEAM! ✨

Events Done Well Chicago is expanding, and we’re looking for creative, dependable, hardworking individuals who are interested in learning and working in event design + production.

We have a major opportunity coming up, and we’re building our team for this production and the remainder of our 2026 event season.

No professional event experience is required! We’re looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, teachable, comfortable with hands-on work, and ready to learn.

Team members will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience with event setup, backdrops and installations, tablescapes, florals and centerpieces, balloon and specialty décor, event production, logistics, setup and breakdown.
