Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders 🤤
* 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any slider buns)
* 2 Chicken Breast Or thighs
* 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
* 1 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
* 6 Slices Monterey Jack cheese
* 1 cup ranch dressing
* 1/2 red onion diced
* 1/2 cup green onion
* 2 tablespoons melted butter
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
* 1 pack dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
🔥 Instructions:
1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika and 2 tbs Ranch seasoning
2. Cook chicken in pan on medium heat 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Let cool slightly, then shred with two forks or chop finely.
4. cook bacon in same skillet until crispy add in onions and cook until translucent (making sure not to burn bacon). Let it drain on paper towels and chop into bite-size pieces.
5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and Place in a greased baking dish.
6. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, onion, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese and green onions
7. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over rolls.
8. Mix melted butter with a dash of garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops of the sliders.
9. bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
