Chicken andouille, corn tortilla, Spanish corn slaw, guac, chirmol salsa, mustard.

🌮 Enchiladas – $10
Corn tostada, leaf lettuce, beef picado, beet curtido, recado, egg, parsley root greens, onion.

🫔 Chuchitos – $5
Pork-filled corn tamalito, recado, lime pickled slaw, queso.

When I was a little girl I used to pretend that I had a restaurant. I would have all my little friends run out and gather assorted items like leaves, flowers, rocks, worms lol and I would make them salads.

My imagination was unlimited. As I grew older and I experienced life changing things, the only peace I ever truly found was in the kitchen. My kitchen.

I’ve worked in many kitchens and have been fortunate to learn from others that feel the same way I do. The love I feel inside myself radiates through my food. I want to share it with anyone who wants to experience what this love language is truly about.

Thank you for allowing me to share this space with you. It all starts and ends with love.
