We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff Members to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the success of our events, providing support in various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidate should be flexible with their schedules, as shifts will occur based on events needs throughout the week as well as during nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including loading, unloading and setting up backdrops and marquee letters.
• Safely lift and transport items weighing 50+ pounds, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with information.
• Check set up areas for cleanliness and organization, promptly addressing any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to execute event plans efficiently and effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by event coordinators or supervisors.

Qualifications:
• Must have a reliable vehicle with ability to transport marquees.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50+ pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in event setup or customer service is a plus, but not required.
