Sometimes you don’t get the race you wanted but you make the best of the race you get!

I had a personal record for the LONGEST race to date, 6 full hours. It was super hot. The course ran out of cups for water. I got a leg massage from a random man in the Bronx (there was a group offering them) and I ran into Seth who I was so happy to see!

I saw David and Lauren who came to cheer, Jared and the kids who met me twice and my T2 crew dotted through the course.

Theough the whole race I had Joe by my side who kept me going. I laughed, cried, and had experiences I never expected. (Like that leg massage!)

I also finally got to run with Joel after planning this since 2018!!!

Thank you for all of your support! I’m so glad this is finished!
