✨ Let me Re-introduce myself ✨
Hi friends, my name is Amy, and I’m both a proud Chehalis/Centralia local and an Olympia girl where my family is from. I was born at St. Peter’s in Olympia, raised between Olympia and Elma, and eventually landed in Chehalis where I graduated from WF West. Like many of us, moved away for a season but eventually felt the pull back to my roots. 💛
After years of raising my family, and now an empty nester, I followed a dream that had been tugging at me for a long time—to build something of my own. That dream became NW Board Bites. I wanted to create a business where I could pour my heart into, and that I could use my artistic talents and also be something I was passionate about instead of clocking into a 9–5 job.
Every grazing table, every board, every detail is thoughtfully curated. I believe food isn’t just food, it’s a way of gathering, celebrating, and making memories with the people who matter most.
To all of my friends, family, and the many new followers who’ve joined me —thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has helped this little dream of mine grow into something so much more. ❤️
