We were blessed with the arrival of Lucille Lee on Monday night. Chris and I got the call, finished loading up the camper and stopped by the kitchen to load up all the freezer meals I’d made our daughter Taylor & family.
Tuesday morning we loaded up Cerise & Silas and along with the Scott grandparents, we got to meet Lucy. She’s just the sweetest.

I’ll be back in the kitchen midweek next week, in the meantime we’ll be hanging out playing with grandbabies and enjoying Traverse City and the Leelanau Penninsula area.

Congratulations Sara & Jared!

Beautiful wedding today for these two at The Headlands in Mackinaw City.

On the way up my sister Mellisa and I dropped a dinner off to the crew for Knaffle’s Tent Rental.

Both jobs had baked chicken, sauerkraut & kielbasa, garden salad, green beans, mashed potatoes & gravy and rolls & butter. Knaffle’s asked for chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Wouldn’t you know that this is the only picture I took?

We catered a dinner for a private wedding for a wonderful family at a beautiful VRBO on Mullett Lake tonight.
The brides request was a turkey dinner with all the sides.
Roasted turkey breast,
sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, maple bacon roasted brussels sprouts, corn & caesar salad.

Today I had the pleasure of providing lunch for my friends at Alcona Health Center.
Stuffed shells, meatballs with marinara, garlic bread sticks, brown sugar & maple roasted carrots, garden salad and texas sheet cake (which apparently I forgot to take a pic of)

What a wonderful Hall of Fame Induction tonight at Pellston Schools. Two very fine gentleman were honored tonight at a dinner held at the school before heading to the football game. It was a pleasure to take part in.
Dinner was baked chicken breasts, Swedish meatballs, Mac & cheese, green beans, salad and a pumpkin cream cheese danish topped with a caramel sauce and Biscoff cookie crumble.
