Tuesday & Wednesday we were in St. Ignace for two seperate events for Enbridge.
Bourbon meatballs stole the show the first night.
We forgot pictures the second night 🤦‍♀️ so there’s some menu items not listed.

Slowly but surely trying to recover from the ice storm that hit two weeks ago. My house still is without power and sadly I lost a lot of food during the power outage at my kitchen. I tried to save as much as I could 😭

I’m hoping today is our day for power to be restored.

With Spring comes growth and change. You've probably noticed I've been pretty quiet here on FB and no doubt wondering what's going on with Home Cooked By Michelle.

I've taken some time out of the kitchen cooking to create a menu and it's still a work in progress but it's a start. I'll be adding a luncheon menu, appetizers and party trays here soon.

Will I still be offering family style meals? Quite possibly as time allows, maybe best for a slower paced time of year. With that be on the lookout for me to post some offerings in the next couple of weeks clearing some ingredients out of my kitchen that won't be on my catering menu.
