MY VERY FIRST EVENT WAS MY SWEET SIXTEEN BIRTHDAY!Today is my Birthday and I'm reflecting in the past. My first event I remember executing was my "Sweet 16." I had the "House Party" of the year!!! My Grandmother cooked ALL my favorite foods, which we served in the dining room. The DJ was setup in the kitchen dining area, which overlooked our family room, the dance floor, as well as the deck!!! A friend of mine was an artist, so I had her draw the flyer, then printed 200 flyers at Kinko's all in neon colors and passed out at school! There was sooooo many people my parents called the police just to control the traffic. They blocked off the street to my house and somewhat became my personal security guards. We had so much fun I forgot to take pictures or video tape!! Only pictures I have are the 16 girls who spent the night!! It was a wonderful memory and yes, when I went to school on Monday, everyone was talking about my SWEET 16 BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!
