California weddings just hit different — the sunshine, the ocean air, the colors, the energy! ✨🌴

I’ve been lucky enough to design for some truly gorgeous celebrations out west - Danielle + David’s dreamy weekend in Indian Wells, Carolyn + Austin’s classic Newport Beach wedding, Kelly + Kevin’s coastal day in Dana Point, and my cousin Claire + her husband Tyler’s romantic Black Tie celebration in Corona del Mar/Newport Beach.

Every suite was completely custom, designed to reflect each couple’s style and story - from the first impression (their invitations) to the little details on the wedding day. 💌

An elegant black tie evening for Claire & Tyler in Newport Beach 🖤✨

We leaned all the way into a bold black, white, green, and gold palette - think black menus with gold wax seals, leather-finish matchboxes stamped in foil for their cigar bar, sleek black table numbers, and velvet ribbon woven throughout. Subtle art-deco touches and California palms gave it that old-Hollywood glamour meets modern coastal feel.

Before a single sheet of paper is cut or a drop of ink is printed, we start here: The Mockup. I believe you should never have to “guess” how your invitation suite will look. My design process includes detailed, life-like digital mockups so you can see exactly how your color palette, textures, and embellishments (like those silk ribbons and wax seals!) work in harmony.

It’s the ultimate “vibe check” before we go to print, ensuring every detail is exactly as you imagined. 🤍
