🚨 COMMUNITY ALERT — MALE MENTORS NEEDED 🚨
U&I Youth Development Program is calling on MEN who are ready to make a difference.
Our young Black men and young men growing up in urban communities need positive men in their corner — men who will listen, encourage, teach, guide, and simply be there.
You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be rich. You don’t have to have all the answers.
You just have to care, be dependable, and be willing to give some of your time.
We are looking for fathers, brothers, uncles, coaches, business owners, educators, tradesmen, veterans, community leaders, college students, working men, retired men, and other responsible men who understand how important positive guidance can be in a young man’s life.
Some of our young men need someone to talk to.
Some need help understanding responsibility, respect, education, work, and making good decisions.
Some simply need to see a positive man who shows up and doesn’t give up on them.
That’s where YOU can make a difference.
U&I Youth Development Program believes that mentorship can help our young men build confidence, discover their purpose, stay focused on their future, and understand that their circumstances do not determine how far they can go.
We cannot keep talking about what our young men need without stepping forward to help provide it.
