Last year’s “Steel Toe Boot” Gala was unforgettable — and this year we’re elevating the experience at the historic Harvey B. Gantt Center in Uptown Charlotte. ✨

Today was all about the walkthrough.

Many people only see the final production, but the real success of an event starts long before guests arrive. Walkthroughs are one of the most critical steps in live event production because they allow us to strategically prepare every detail with our clients before show day.

From camera placements and lighting angles to speaker positioning, AV checks, stage layouts, and branded pop-up banner visibility — every decision impacts the audience experience and the quality of the final production.

A proper walkthrough also helps eliminate issues before they happen:
🎤 Audio feedback prevention
📸 Optimized camera sightlines
🔊 AV coordination and sound flow
🚶 Guest and stage traffic planning
