For those who have followed my journey from Chef Frugal to LeCora Chef Services, you know that food has always been about more than simply feeding people for me.
Today, I’m finally ready to share the next part of the vision:
LeCora Culinary Collective — coming to Monroe, NC
My vision is to create a shared commercial kitchen and creative culinary space where chefs, caterers, bakers, meal-prep businesses, food trucks, and other food entrepreneurs can have access to the professional space and resources they need to create, collaborate and grow.
But the vision goes far beyond that.
I’m talking cooking classes.
Exclusive LeCora pop-ups and intimate dining experiences.
LeCora products available for purchase.
Community. Collaboration. Opportunity.
And we’re building it from the ground up.
We are currently in the planning and development stages, and I’m opening the doors NOW for people who want to be part of the journey.
