🥗 Salads need to have at least 2✌️ of these 3 things for me to eat them:

1. A candied nut
2. Fruit - I would allow fresh or dried
3. Cheese….like a lot…so I can barely see the green stuff😂

It also should look 👀 as pretty as this one did to trick my brain into realizing it’s healthy 🤷🏽‍♀️ I mean at least I eat the green food now. That’s progress.

One of my favorite traditions growing up was called “backwards dinner”…where, you guessed it, - we got to eat dessert first! 🍨 A tradition I still do with my kids today. 💛🖤
