I have been cooking the last few nights while my wife recovers from sickness. Tonight I baked Mac & Cheese, Sauteed Greens Beans and Chicken Wings The cornbread was made earlier. I promise you, everything turned out perfectly.

Armed Men of Destiny is really excited about this coming Wednesday as we provide pizza, drinks and cookies to some of the students at James Martin Middle School. God has opened these doors and we will walk through them faithfully. We will also have the opportunity to speak into their lives and talk to them about su***de prevention. Pizza Inspiration Day will be the first of several this month at this same school. We’re also doing a free luncheon at another school in Charlotte at the middle of the month. Please feel free to donate and support. Thank you and keep us in your prayers as we do the will of the kingdom.

Today, I met with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools to present to them an outreach proposal that the Lord gave me called “A Pizza Inspiration”. This will allow Armed Men of Destiny to provide students with a slice of pizza, drinks, school supplies and more importantly, motivation. We will also speak to them about the impact of su***de, drugs, gun violence and about their careers. The school administrators were so elated with our plan that they gave us a full YES! They also gave me a tour of the space that we will be utilizing when we kick off this endeavor in a few weeks. I am glad about this new partnership with CMS as Armed Men of Destiny continues to make a difference in our community. By God’s grace, we will continue to serve with purpose and dignity. My wife surprised me by snapping this photo of me and Bishop Evert Moore, after a service at his church on yesterday afternoon. I truly love this man of God. He is also my spiritual Father and a living legend.

On last evening, J&S Kitchen had the honor to serve the City of God Ministries with Apostles Gary Lamont Bellinger & Myra Bellinger, during their Annual Christmas service. The ambience was heavenly, and we were really excited to be a part of their very special event through our catering and event design businesses. May the Lord continue to bless them and also their ministry. We are very grateful for their business partnership and friendship. Merry Christmas to all and a blessed New Year.

Dinner was epic tonight. On the menu was: Baked Salmon with a Butter Lemon Cream Sauce served on a bed of Yellow Rice, Steamed Broccoli and Sautéed Colossal Shrimps. If feels good cooking for myself sometimes…lolol.
