NOW BOOKING coordinating services for 2023!
🌟Coordination services will begin 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event (or when hired)
🌟Provide an initial face-to-face (or Phone) meeting, within a 60 miles from the office at the 6-week mark. Following the initial meeting, two additional phone planning consultations with the client at 4 weeks out and 2 weeks out from the event date.
🌟Unlimited email and online portal communication Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
🌟Creating a wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
🌟Final walk-through with client at selected sites
🌟Following up with all vendors
🌟Provide 1 hour of rehearsal coordination time
🌟Provide up to 9 hours of non-consecutive event day coverage
🌟1 staff member on the event day with the option for more
