I donā€™t think itā€™s said enough, but I truly love being a wedding planner.
Yes, we make timelines and solve problems. But we also get to witness the start of a new family. We watch fathers give away their daughters, hear vows that took months to write, celebrate the first kiss, and see two families become one.
There are very few careers where you get a front-row seat to that kind of joy. It really is an incredible privilege. šŸ¤

Capacity & Layout: If youā€™re planning a large wedding, cultural celebration, or reception with a substantial guest list, UTSAV Event Spaces is one of Charlotteā€™s largest indoor wedding venues. With more than 11,000 square feet of event space, couples can choose from three elegant spaces:

Celebration Hall ā€“ 200 seated guests with dance floor

Grand Hall ā€“ 400 seated guests with dance floor

Great Grand Hall ā€“ 600 seated guests with dance floor

Each ballroom features soaring ceilings, customizable lighting, built-in sound systems, and a spacious lobby, making it easy to create everything from an intimate celebration to a grand wedding reception. Rental pricing generally ranges from $2,000ā€“$7,500, depending on the event space, wedding date, and rental package.

Catering & Bar: One feature that makes UTSAV especially unique is its flexibility. In-house catering is available through UTSAVā€™s commercial kitchen and outside catering is also permitted. The venue also offers bar service and a variety of beverage package options. Bar included in rental.

Logistics: 190 complimentary parking spaces in their paved lot, overflow parking available.

The father-daughter dance gets me every single time.

As a wedding planner, I see beautiful flowers, gorgeous dresses, incredible venues, and stunning details every weekend.

But some of the most meaningful moments happen when no one is looking.

A squeeze of the hand before walking down the aisle.

Imagine your reception space, your ceremony spot, your favorite detailsā€¦ turned into a keepsake you could put on a shelf and remember forever.

One wedding. Hundreds of memories. One more chance to spread joy šŸŒø

One of our favorite post-wedding traditions is donating flowers instead of letting them go to waste. This week, these beautiful arrangements made their way to Dilworth Elementary so teachers and staff could take a little joy home with them.

We are so thankful for CMS teachers, school staff, and the incredible Charlotte community. You spend your days pouring into children, showing up faithfully, and making a difference that often goes unseen.

A huge thank you to every educator who loves our kids so well. We hope these flowers reminded you that your work matters and that you are deeply appreciated.
