We are off on an adventure. Today we travel to Butler, TN with the Loudendale Volunteer Fire Department to compete in the 3rd annual first responders rib fest on Saturday.

This is the departments biggest fundraiser. All the proceeds go to bunker gear, water rescue gear, and to pay for classes for new Firefighters and to advance education for us Fire 1 firefighters.

189 racks of ribs, 70 lbs of pulled pork, 25 lbs of potato salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, and 50 lbs of baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Triple B Eatery is proud to support our community and local Fire Department.

We are out of the truck this week to prepare for the 3rd annual first responders rib fest in Butler TN this weekend. Looking to to place in the top 5 this year. Lol. Catch us back at it next week.

Sept kicks off the fry of the month instead of the sandwich of the month. I say variety is life and I strive to be orginal. So starting next week we will have steak and potatoes fries of the month. Juicy marinated steak over fries, shredded cheese, and your choice of drizzle ( ranch, spicy ranch, teriyaki, BBQ, A1 sauce, or garlic butter).

This weeks schedule:
Thursday 8/27 trailer #1 at Valley Park, WV 5:30-8:30 pm to kick off the cupcake festival.
Trailer #2 set up at South Charleston high school football game 6pm- to end of the game.

Fri 8/28 trailer #2 will be set up at memorial hospital 11-2pm and valley park cupcake festival 4-9pm

Sat 8/29 trailer #2 will be at valley park all day 11-8pm for the cupcake festival.

Fudge restock today at Sugar Shenanigans LLC and Mountain State Merchant Mall. Also mark down fudge at Mountain State Merchant Mall. Fudge restock may be a little delayed the month or two. Ive got new ideas brewing in my brain. I got some new things possibly coming to light.
