We will be taking our food truck to the Concours in the Hills known as The Greatest Car Show on Grass to serve up your favorites to benefit Phoenix Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Join us on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Fountain Park in Fountain Hills to spend the day surrounded by fantastic cars, live music, and tasty BBQ.

Whether you're a fan of our slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, or specialty sides, we've got you covered. This is a wonderful cause to support, and we are privileged to participate. Come on down and stop by the Tom's BBQ truck—we look forward to seeing you there!

It is Turkey time again!!!! We will be smoking Turkey and providing all the trimmings for an easy thanksgiving dinner. You just warm and serve.

All orders must be placed by Monday 11/25 by 12pm (noon). Pick up by 4:30pm on Wednesday 11/27. Heating instructions will be provided. All Turkeys will be in the 16lb-20lb range and smoked to perfection. Call us @ 480.812.2733 to place your order.
