Stellowship with Bryce 🌿☕

Meet Bryce—cold brew enthusiast and longtime friend of Stellow. He’s been helping out since 2020, often alongside his family at events, and these days he’s balancing work and school with his eyes set on becoming a CPA in the next few years. Quiet, steady, and always kind—we’re lucky to have him as part of the Stellow story.

Fun fact: Stellow was inspired by the owners’ grandmothers, who also happen to be Bryce’s great-grandmothers. Feels pretty full circle, doesn’t it? 💛

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s our pleasure to introduce to you to Stellow’s new mascot. Every dream, creation and idea here at Stellow has meaning and a story, all of which is inspired by our owners grandmothers, Sammie Stell and Betty Rose. If you know Sammie, or have stepped into her home, you have learned quite quietly of her love for birds. Her favorite of them, being a female Cardinal. Like both Sammie they are hard working, colorful, and resourceful. Like Betty, they are elegant, cunning, and intelligent. We counting think of a better mascot to represent our little brand.

There is much more love and story behind this selection, but we hope you love her as much as we do.

It’s been almost 6 years since the Stellow was birthed. With that and our new coffee & floral shop experience coming to Chamblee, we felt it was time for an up-fit.

We couldn’t think of a better way to introduce our updated logo with you all than to share the heart and meaning behind the name. Inspired after our founders grandmothers. Simple. Kind. Sincere. Calm. Welcoming. I mean, it even sounds like “hello” 😉. Basically sounds like a grandmothers hug feels… oh boy we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Hello! Welcome back to Stellowship, our team series where we highlight the magic behind the bar—the Stellow Staff.

This week, we’re celebrating Lauren! For the past three years, she’s been a steady, kind, and brilliant part of the Stellow crew. Her go-to drink? A Blue Matcha. Her superpower? Balancing barista life with her work leading youth ministry in Decatur.

When she’s not slinging drinks or working with youth, she’s usually deep in a book (70 of them last year, no big deal).

Next time, ask her what she’s reading—or better yet, let her make you a Blue Matcha. It just might become your new favorite too. 🩵☕️
