✨ Keeping with the theme of celebrating our giveaway winners…

Yesterday, we delivered our grazing board giveaway to our second lucky winner! 🧀🍓

Her request? Keep it simple—the plainer, the better! So that’s exactly what we did! A pumpkin-shaped board filled with classic deli meats, cheeses, crackers, fresh strawberries, pineapple, and nuts, along with a double chocolate cheesecake over vanilla crème anglaise with crumbled strawberry tuile!

But beyond the giveaways, we have something even bigger to celebrate. ❤️

Thanks to everyone who shared our posts, spread our name, and supported this little dream of ours, VorEver More is heading into 2027 in FULL swing!

Wedding coordination meetings are happening weekly, dates are booking quickly, we have officially begun food tastings for potential clients, holiday party inquiries are rolling in for both business and private gatherings, and we have SO many more ideas in the works!

This is quite literally our dream coming to fruition, and we couldn’t have gotten here without all of you.

Word travels fast in our small, heart-filled town of Chambersburg, and we are so incredibly thankful that you’ve chosen to spread ours. Every share, recommendation, inquiry, review, and booking means more to us than you know.

An evening of incredible food, good company, and a little something special. 🍂🥂

Tonight, we had the pleasure of welcoming Nicole and Travis into our home for their five-course private dining experience, won through our VorEver More Catering giveaway!

Jacob created a seasonal, five-course menu, and we started the evening with homemade Cranberry Apple Fizz fall mocktails made by me! 🍎

TONIGHT’S MENU

🍁 First Course: Handmade Shrimp & Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter, Sage & Pine Nuts

🍁 Second Course: Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin over Apple Butter & Apple Gel

I’m having too much fun (& SOO many emotions 🥹😭) planning my son’s FIRST birthday party. I decided each year I’m going to paint him a birthday cake plate to match his birthday party theme. This Bat Mitzvah was such a fun reminder that celebrations can be every bit as detailed and personalized as weddings. We brought in all the girly Parisian touches, created a colorful lemonade bar with different flavors, fruits and garnishes, and set the scene for such a meaningful candle-lighting ceremony.

And the Photo Booth? Easily one of my favorite parts. Watching these teen girls completely living their best lives, laughing, taking pictures and making memories made me so happy. 🥹💗

I love getting to create events that feel completely different from one another. Weddings, birthdays, showers, Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, private events and everything in between—give me a vision and let’s bring it to life. ✨

This one was SUCH a fun one to execute. 💕

We truly don’t even know how to put into words how grateful we are for the amount of love and support you’ve shown us this week. What started as a giveaway to celebrate this new chapter of VorEver More has turned into something so much bigger than we ever expected. The shares, follows, comments, messages, recommendations, catering inquiries, wedding planning inquiries, and people simply taking the time to tell someone else about us have meant more than we could possibly explain.

We are just 5 shares away from 100 shares. Every share has put our business in front of someone new. Every follow has helped our little corner of the internet grow. And because of the amount of people we’ve been able to reach, we’ve had so many new conversations about not only catering, but wedding planning, coordination, events, and everything VorEver More has grown to become and will be. Seeing people trust us with some of the most important celebrations in their lives is something we will never take lightly.

What makes this next step for VorEver More so exciting to me is that Jacob and I bring completely different strengths to the table — literally.

We both have 10+ years of experience in the restaurant and service industries, so hospitality has been a huge part of both of our lives for a long time. We understand the pace, the pressure, the importance of good service and all of the little things happening behind the scenes that guests never even realize are happening.

But within that world, our brains work very differently — and I think that’s exactly why we make such a good team.

I’m the person behind most of the moving pieces. I handle the business side, bookkeeping, marketing and social media, client communication, contracts, vendor coordination, planning, timelines, logistics and all of the details that have to come together for an event to actually run smoothly.

I’m also very visual. I love walking into a space and immediately seeing what it could be — how the tables should look, how the decor should flow, where everything should go and how the food displays can become part of the overall design.

Jacob sees the food.

He builds the menus, develops the dishes, prices everything out, works around dietary restrictions, plans portions and ex*****on, and then gets in the kitchen and actually makes it happen.

That’s where the two sides start to blend.

I can have a vision for the entire room and guest experience, and he can create a menu that belongs in that vision. He can come to me with an idea for a dish or food display, and my brain immediately starts thinking about what we can build around it.

We each get to lean into what we’re genuinely good at while bringing years of hospitality experience to the same table.

And THAT is the vision behind growing VorEver More — not simply adding catering, but being able to bring planning, design, coordination, hospitality and food together into one cohesive experience.

Planning, coordinating and catering will still be available individually, but being able to combine those pieces for clients who want more handled under one roof feels like such a natural next step for us. 🤎

Two different skill sets. 20+ years of combined service-industry experience. One shared vision.

One of the perks of being married to a chef… he’s basically catered every major life event I’ve had. 😂🤎

My bridal shower, my baby shower, family gatherings — if there’s an event, chances are Jacob has had something to do with the food.

He’s also been responsible for more than a few random cravings over the years. 😂 When I was pregnant, I could NOT stop thinking about pierogies. The problem? I can’t have gluten. So he made me homemade gluten-free pierogies completely from scratch — even the dough. 🤎

That’s one of my favorite things about the way he cooks. He doesn’t just make good food — he’ll figure out how to make it work for the person he’s cooking for, whether that means dietary restrictions, a favorite food, or a completely custom menu.

And now we’re getting ready to cater another pretty special one: our baby boy’s FIRST birthday party. 🥹🎃

We’re going full cozy fall comfort food for that one, and I already know it’s going to be SO good. Think all the warm, hearty fall favorites you actually want to go back for seconds of. 🍂

Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, private events, holiday parties and everything in between — your event doesn’t have to fit into one box, and neither does your menu.
