Hi, I’m Bailey West, the heart behind Planned & Plated. I’m a Southern Illinois University alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful, seamless, and unforgettable experiences. My coordination and planning services are rooted in creativity, organization, and a genuine love for celebrating life’s most special moments.
At the heart of everything I do is my motto: Serving God while serving His people. My faith is the foundation of both my life and my business, and I strive to serve every client with integrity, excellence, compassion, and a servant’s heart. I believe hospitality is more than providing a service—it’s an opportunity to love others well and create spaces where memories are made.

Born and raised in Southern Illinois, I feel deeply connected to this community, its beautiful venues, families, and the stories that make every event unique. What started as a simple love for organizing and celebrating has grown into a dream business where I have the privilege of helping couples and clients bring their visions to life with ease, joy, and intentional care.
Through my education and hands-on experience in event coordination, travel planning, food service, and guest relations—including experience with Disney and independent event planning—I’ve learned how to combine efficiency with creativity to craft events that feel personal and memorable. I believe every client deserves to feel valued, every detail deserves thoughtful attention, and every event should reflect the people at the center of it.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, lead with empathy, and take pride in turning vision into reality through exceptional service and attention to detail. Whether it’s an intimate wedding, a milestone celebration, or a corporate event, my mission is to serve with excellence while honoring God in every interaction.
