Hello, friends 🌷

I think it’s time I formally introduce myself! I’m Hayley Cottle Hood— the face behind Cottle Floral Collective.

I’m a mother, behavior analyst, florist, and a firm believer that flowers are one of nature’s greatest gifts. I’m also someone who has never met an arrangement that couldn’t use “just one more stem”— I’m a bit of a floral maximalist 🤪

Flowers have been a creative outlet for me for about six years now. Along the way, I’ve made countless bouquets and arrangements for family and friends, freelanced for weddings, designed for a handful of intimate events & gatherings of my own, and spent a smidgen of time working at a floral wholesale company in Atlanta.

Outside of flowers, I’m happiest outside—preferably barefoot. I love reading when I can, a good cocktail, wandering around antique malls, and music from the 60’s & 70’s. I also recently started a little micro flower garden in my backyard, which has produced… not quite the abundance of flowers I had envisioned 😅 But I’m calling it a learning experience and officially starting my gardening journey this fall, with plans for herbs and vegetables in addition to flowers.

As for my floral style, my favorites are colorful, garden-inspired, and full of movement—arrangements that feel a little wild and like they could have been gathered from a blooming cottage garden or a meadow.

With all that being said, I’m so glad you’re here! Whether you’ve been following along from the beginning or just found me, thanks for being here and letting me share a little bit of what I love with you. 🌷

Clipped some backyard blooms to celebrate 6 whole months of our baby & to promote new flower growth 🌷✂️💕

Miss girl had her first piece of steak 🥩

And a little bit of carrot cake 🥕
(Most of it ended up on the floor)

I’m so blessed to be able to nurture my little person & witness her grow up so fast. Time is a thief, but I’m thankful for it always.
