CREATIVE SPOTLIGHT ✨ Meet Autumn Wohrle

Autumn Wohrle is a women’s nervous system coach passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, regulate overwhelm, and build lives that feel fully alive and fully theirs.

Through her own journey of anxiety, emotional burnout, overthinking, and healing, Autumn discovered the deep connection between nervous system regulation, authenticity, and creative expression. Her work encourages people to move beyond survival mode and reconnect with the emotions, intuition, and creativity that make us human.

We’re honored to have Autumn join the Create What You Crave podcast conversation on creativity + mental health this month.

Have a question for Autumn? Drop it below before we record on May 13. 💛

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU 💛

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Create What You Crave is inviting our community to share reflections on creativity, healing, inspiration, vulnerability, and what keeps us grounded.

Here’s how to participate:
• Share a photo of yourself, your art, your creative process, or anything else meaningful to you
• Include a short quote or reflection
• Post it to your Instagram or Facebook stories/feed and tag us or invite us as a collaborator so we can share it

Need inspiration? You could respond to prompts like:
• What keeps you grounded?
• How does creativity impact your mental well-being?
• What helps you through difficult seasons?
• What does community mean to you?
• What helps you feel most like yourself?

You’re also welcome to send your submission via DM if you’d prefer for us to post it for you.

We believe creativity asks us to stay open, flexible, and responsive...and we’re practicing that in real time. 💫

Our previously-scheduled May panel on creativity + mental health will no longer be held as an in-person event. Instead, we’re excited to share that this conversation is evolving into something with even more reach beyond a one-time event: a recorded podcast episode coming later this month.

While we always love gathering in person, this shift allows us to expand the impact of the conversation, making it accessible to more people, in more moments, beyond a single evening.

We’re still bringing together incredible voices, meaningful stories, and honest dialogue around creativity and mental wellness… just in a new format this time around.

Stay tuned for the episode release and ways to listen, share, and be part of the conversation.

Thank you, as always, for being part of this community and growing with us!

Once a quarter, our monthly meetup becomes something a little bigger.

This Saturday, Create What You Crave is hosting a special evening featuring a discussion panel, music, food and drinks, artist demos, and plenty of time to connect with fellow creatives.

The conversation topic: The Art of Showing Up — what it really takes to bring your creative vision to life, and why it matters for all of us.

Creativity doesn’t just happen. It takes courage, persistence, and people who are willing to keep showing up for their ideas and their community. Join us for a real conversation with local creatives about what that actually looks like.

🎟️ Tickets available now. Come be part of the conversation.
